Iron Monk Brewery
Spring hail storms gave this aging roof its final blow. We removed the 30 year old roofing system down to the deck and built back better than ever. This roof featured 4” of insulation above the roof deck, 1/2” of gypsum board, and a fully adhered 60mil TPO roof system. We finished this one off with all custom made coping cap and 3 custom made skylights to allow natural light to fill the space.
Hostbridge technologies
A lackluster material made this roof short lived for our customer. We removed a 12 year old system and made sure to leave them with something that would last. We installed 4” of insulation, 1/2” of gypsum board, and a fully adhered 60mil GAF TPO roof system. This customer wrapped up the project with a 7.2 panel accent wall which can be seen from their new rooftop patio.
Eye Love Vision
Dr. Walker had put up with a leaky roof long enough. We traded out his buckets of water for a brand new roof complete with additional insulation. We tore this one down to the old deteriorated deck, installed new OSB decking, 4” of insulation, 1/2” gypsum board, and a fully adhered MuleHide 60mil TPO roof system. This roof will be backed with a '“No Dollar Limit” warranty which means Dr. Walker can probably throw those buckets away.
The Beadery on Main
Angie battled roof leaks for years on her boutique. After a quick inspection we discovered a metal panel not rated for flat roof use had been installed on her building and was destined to fail. We got her set up for success without having the mess and expense of tearing off all the old material. We installed an EPS flute fill insulation, 3” Poly Iso insulation, 1/4” gypsum board, and a fully adhered GAF 60mil TPO roof system. We were able to tackle this project during Stillwater crazy days and didn’t affect her daily business operations.
Highland park United Methodist
Huge hail devastated an iconic Stillwater church. During our initial inspection we discovered the roof sheathing was no longer in code compliance which made for tricky repairs due to the buildings unconventional architecture. Nevertheless, we stripped it down to the decking, sheathed it with a code compliant substrate, then installed a GAF shingle backed by the 50 year GAF Systems Plus warranty. We finished this one off with a full wrap of 6” gutters and downspouts.
Klife Stillwater
This building has quite the history but we don’t believe any of that history included proper building maintenance. We got called to this property due to several roof leaks and discovered not only leaks but 4+ layers of shingles throughout. During tear off we uncovered 6 layers of flat roofing material and framing which promoted pooling water and accelerated weathering to the flat roof area. We installed GAF HDZ shingles on the steep slope sections along with proper ventilation. We then sheathed and reframed the flat roof section to provide positive drainage. We topped that off with a 60mill GAF TPO roof system on the front and a torch down modified bitumen roof system over the covered patio.
